Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were well-equipped with a very good shower and the convenience of having an onsite restaurant and bar. However, the view overlooked the office building across the street and Christchurch Cathedral, and the room layout made it a bit hard to move around the bed.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms facing the back of the street were outstanding, and it was great value for money. The evening food and breakfast were delicious, and the room was spotless with lovely white bed linen. Plus, there was plenty of tea and coffee replenished as well.
The hotel is in a prime spot, close to all the major sights and with a smashing boozer attached. The rooms were very no frills but comfortable, with good facilities. The service was amazing, very helpful and welcoming, although a better grasp of local information would be beneficial. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of most attractions. The dining experience came with pretty much everything you could possibly want, although I preferred nearby small cafes for slightly cheaper breakfast options.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was superb, just steps away from Christchurch and close to Temple Bar. The room on the fifth floor with a view of the cathedral was simply breathtaking. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the cozy atmosphere at Darkey Kelly's bar. The dining experience was delightful, especially at the lovely bistro. However, I would have appreciated a more diverse breakfast selection. Overall, a top-notch experience at this centrally located hotel in Dublin.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable, but there was noise from the outside pub area below our room late at night. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff, though the accommodation did not meet the advertised expectations. The location was superb, close to various attractions in Dublin, but some aspects of the facilities were subpar.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to buzzing bars and just steps away from Darkey Kellys. On the downside, the layout was a bit odd, but overall cleanliness was top-notch.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, exceeding my expectations for the price. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, even facilitating an early check-in. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. However, the constant chimes from the nearby church affected my sleep quality. Despite this, the dining options were great for a recovery morning, and the overall value for money was excellent.
The hotel offers very comfortable and clean rooms with a very cozy bed, a warm quilt, and plenty of pillows, making it a great value for money. The air conditioning was a blessing in the humid weather. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, even allowing us to keep our bags until 3 am due to a late flight. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin with easy access to major sights. The dining options were somewhat limited but still good value for money.
The hotel's location is exceptional, close to major attractions like the Guinness Storehouse and with great accessibility. The rooms, while slightly below expectations at the back away from the church bells, provided a homely atmosphere with all necessary amenities. The service was outstanding, especially with special gestures like delivering a birthday cake to the room and assistance with luggage and taxi service. The dining experience was perfect at the in-house pub, offering excellent quality Tuscan cheese. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor room location issues.
The hotel is a hidden gem tucked away from the church bells, offering spacious and spotless rooms with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch, with a welcoming and accommodating staff that goes above and beyond to assist guests. Its stellar location by ChristChurch Cathedral makes it an ideal base for exploring Dublin on foot. The dining experience is solid, though slightly on the pricey end. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious and clean, located above the pub, with comfortable beds. The value for money compared to similar rooms in Boston was excellent. The service provided by the staff was above and beyond my expectations, very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The location was perfect for exploring Temple Bar and Old Dublin, close to the original Viking settlement, with a helpful staff making my stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience was a bit on the pricey side for the amount served. Overall, a great hotel with wonderful staff and a superb location.
The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, with very helpful and welcoming staff. The central location makes it perfect for exploring Dublin, but the dining options may not suit everyone's taste.
